1. Open the Tinder app on your device.
2. Click on the profile icon on the top right corner of the screen.
3. Click on the settings icon.
4. Scroll to the very bottom.
5. Find the option that says "Delete account."
6. Click on the "Delete Account" option and a window will appear asking you to "Pause My Account" or "Delete My Account".
7. Choose "Delete My Account".
8. They will ask you why you have decided to delete your Tinder.
9. You can choose from a list of options or write a customized answer.
10. Next, it will usually ask you again if you want to just hide your account or delete it.
11. Select delete your tinder.
Once all the steps mentioned above have been followed, your mission is complete!
Important note: Deleting your account does NOT mean that your Tinder Plus or Tinder Gold subscription is also canceled (if you subscribed with your Apple ID or Google Play account).

Log in to your Tinder by entering the email and password on that page.

A window will appear asking you to provide Tinder with an email address where the data report will be sent.
You may have to wait for around 24 hours to receive the data report.
So keep an eye on your inbox.
The data report should contain mostly the same data that is on your account already.
Remember: If you have already deleted your Tinder account — there is no way to access this data report.
This is because the "Download My Data" portal is only accessible through an active Tinder account.
